History: While Jamestown is now celebrated as an important location for the development of the early American colonies, it wasn’t without its trials. From 1609 to 1610, James struggled through a crippling lack of food known as the “Starving Time” which diminished the population by nearly 60%. However, the settlers were resilient, and over time Jamestown developed into one of the premier bastions of English civilization in America.
Characteristics: As romantic as it sounds, living in the early days of America was a lot of hard, demanding work. Individually hand painted and professionally sculpted, you can create life like scenarios with these figurines, such as the settlers defending the town with the cannon or the blacksmith making tools for improved farming.
Size: 1.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 12.8 inches tall, this Toob is a bit larger than the size of a standard American ruler and contains 10 Jamestown themed figurines that range from 1.25 to 3.75 inches tall.
