SEASONAL REFUND POLICY

Seasonal / Holiday merchandise may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 5 days of purchase only.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective seasonal item, please contact us or return the item within 10 days of purchase to receive a refund.
Final Sale After 5 Days:
All seasonal merchandise becomes final sale after 5 days from the purchase date.
This policy helps us maintain the quality and availability of our seasonal offerings for everyone.

A seasonal gift or product is a limited-time item designed to celebrate or align with specific holidays, seasons, or events, including but not limited to: Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, July 4/ Americana, Fall/Autumn/Thanksgiving, Christmas.

REFUND POLICY

At Neighbors, our goal is for you to completely satisfied with your experience, and we want our returns policy to reflect that as well.

Refunds Policy

  • If any product you receive from Neighbors Mercantile Co is damaged, you may return it for an exchange of equal or lesser value, or request a full refund within 30 days. 
  • If you have purchased your items online and wish to return them by mail to us, you must do so within 30 days of your purchase and the product(s) must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. You must also have your invoice/receipt for proof of purchase. You must contact us before returning item. 
  • There are no refunds on special orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
    • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
    • The product is in its original packaging
    • Clothing and Apparel requires tags attached to the item to qualify for full refund

To start a return, you can contact us If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as select beauty products, medicinal products, or health products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, closeout, or clearance items - unless the item is destroyed during shipping due to delivery errors outside of our control.

We do not refund or exchange gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
