Marble Rolling Pin 10"

This rolling pin features a handled design to help aid in leveling out doughs to any desired thickness, and includes a wooden base to help keep the rolling pin in place when not in use. Plus, the white marble with gray veining adds a chic addition to any countertop, which is especially perfect for open-kitchen spaces!

Marble has naturally cooling and non-stick properties, which keeps your puff pastry, pie crusts, and croissant doughs flaky and perfectly laminated for a consistent product each time. Since this rolling pin has included handles, your hands will not touch the marble pin, which ensures that the marble does not warm up from your hand heat. When doughs become warm as they are being rolled out, the butter or other fats in the dough melt into the dough, creating a less-than-flaky final product. With a marble pin that stays clean, cold, and untouched, all of your doughs will have the delicate, light, and flaky finish that is desired and recognized from any specialty dessert.
